Where it all started in regards to denim jackets and eponymously named the Type I as a result. With a single left pocket on front and cinch on back, to the now famous pleat tuck detail to allow for middle age spread and further growth. It is an icon, much copied and rarely bettered. Further details include gold & tobacco contrast stitching used throughout. This one was made a few years ago when Cone Mills Denim shut down and they shifted all timeline denim construction to Turkey. Size 42 is a large equivalent.
